Mission Statement
The Mission of TCE Missions is to train Christ affirming believers to carry out God’s commission and calling on their lives firstly in their homes and then to their churches, communities, and to the ends of the earth. Our goal is to see people brought into the body of Christ through practical evangelism, well trained through discipleship, fully equipped with knowledge of the Gospel and God's word, and sent out for Kingdom work by the empowering of the Holy Spirit.
Key Focus Areas
Practical Evangelism
When we observe the way Jesus taught we see He was both practical and relational. Jesus used parables as practical ways to use normal and well understood activities to teach deeper spiritual truths. We believe evangelism should be the same. We use brick making, animal husbandry, agriculture, and others to build relationships and provide the hearer with a way to see God's Word come alive, not in theory, but in a visible and tangible way. Through this we teach basic principles of: Salvation, Bible Study, Tithing, Self Examination, Stewardship, and more.
Discipleship
Our desire is not to see people evangelized and then left behind. Our goal is to see people well equipped and ready to serve the Lord God in whatever capacity He has gifted and called them to. We implement various levels of relational discipleship and Bible based discipleship courses with the vision to see many missionaries sent out into the field to bring in a harvest for our Lord. Our prayer is that these believers become the leaders God uses to ignite flames of revival wherever He sends them.
Training
Training and mentorship are key concepts in God's design in equipping the leaders of the next generation. By humbly investing in others we are able to see God transform and guide people into the plan He has for their future. We believe we are not meant to build an empire for ourselves but a Kingdom for Him. We accomplish this by investing in training and mentorship. Our goal is to be a stone on the path that God is leading His next great leaders down.
